We’ve done 9 extremely powerful fat burning swaps so far, swapping fat storing things for fat burning things to move you into the fat burning cycle.

Today’s swap is switching the dial up to high frequency fat burn… and being only 3 days at the end, when you can see the finish line will make it much easier to do.

The choice is with you though. You need to choose 3 of the ‘Skinny Jeans’ from Days 1 to 9 that you are going to ‘upgrade’ to, for the final 3 days along with the other 6 normal swaps you are already doing.
