Pancakes on the weekend are so nice. My kids love them, but your traditional pancakes are full of white flour and sugar so here is MY version of a healthy pancake.
These are not your traditional, fluffy light pancakes. They are thicker and have a slightly rougher texture. They are a great replacement but they are what they are… healthy pancakes.
Although I love them, the reason I mention this is because I want you to eat them with health in mind, not looking for the ultimate pancake.
You will like them or hate them! My son & I love them… my husband is not a fan (though he does still eat them 🙂
