Ingredients
  • 1/3 banana
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries Frozen are cheaper and easier
  • 1 tsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Almond butter / Almond spread
  • 1 serving Hemp Protein Powder Or any other Protein powder as long as it is natural and free from crap!
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseeds Ground
  • 1/2 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Throw everything in the blender and switch on until smooth and combined.
  2. Pour into a glass and drink... too easy! Also need: Blender
