VEGAN OPTION: Ensure you have a Vegan Protein Powder like Sprouted Rice Protein, Pea Protein or Hemp Protein. ALSO ensure the Chocolate doesn’t have any milk solids in it.

Chocolate Protein Bar
Fat Burning Plate
- 1/4 cup Nuts Walnuts, Brazil, Almonds
- 1/4 cup Goji Berries
- 1 tbsp Cacao
- 3 tbsp Coconut Milk
- 1 serving Protein Powder
- 2 squares 85% Dark Chocolate
- Place all of the ingredients, except the dark chocolate, in a food processor and combine well.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bain marie. This can be done with a heat proof bowl over a saucepan of boiling water.
BEWARE: Plate will reach burning temperature so DO NOT TOUCH.
- Shape the mixture into 3 bars.
- Carefully roll the bars in the melted chocolate and place on a plate with baking paper and put in the fridge for 45 minutes.
TIP: Once completely cool store in an airtight container in the fridge.
