A true Aussie tradition.
Normally this is made with lots of mayonnaise but I have made a sneaky switch that turns this fattening salad into a yummy fat burning salad. This will need a serving of protein… and Coleslaw is best with a BBQ/Grill.

Fat Burning Plate - Part
- 1 Carrot grated
- 1 cup Cabbage finely sliced (red is best)
- 2 Spring Onions sliced
- 1 cup Spinach Finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Natural Yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp Hot mustard add more to taste
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Grate the carrot & cut up the rest of the ingredients finely and put in a bowl.
- In a small bowl place all of the Dressing ingredients and mix well to combine.
- Cook your protein.
- Just before serving add the dressing to the Coleslaw ingredients and toss well.
LEFTOVER TIP: Have in a wrap with left over lamb or beef or have as a salad with protein.
