A true Aussie tradition.

Normally this is made with lots of mayonnaise but I have made a sneaky switch that turns this fattening salad into a yummy fat burning salad. This will need a serving of protein… and Coleslaw is best with a BBQ/Grill.

Ingredients
  • 1 Carrot grated
  • 1 cup Cabbage finely sliced (red is best)
  • 2 Spring Onions sliced
  • 1 cup Spinach Finely chopped
  • Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Natural Yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp Hot mustard add more to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Grate the carrot & cut up the rest of the ingredients finely and put in a bowl.
  2. In a small bowl place all of the Dressing ingredients and mix well to combine.
  3. Cook your protein.
  4. Just before serving add the dressing to the Coleslaw ingredients and toss well. LEFTOVER TIP: Have in a wrap with left over lamb or beef or have as a salad with protein.
