This delicious lamb is perfect served with Greek Salad or Cauliflower Rice and Yoghurt Dressing.

RAPID PLATE OPTION: To make this dish a Rapid Plate don’t use the yoghurt dressing or just team it with the Greek Salad only.

Ingredients
  • 1 serving Lamb fillets palm size
  • 1/2 clove garlic crushed and then sliced
  • Marinade
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano fresh or dried
  • Pinch Sea Salt Celtic or Himalayan Sea Salt is best
Instructions
  1. Mix the marinade together and then add the lamb, turning to fully coat.
  2. Cover and place in fridge for 30 mins - 6 hours. NOTE: Turn half way through marinade process.
  3. Cook on a moderate heat for 5-7 minutes each side. Just before taking off heat add the garlic and rub the meat in the cooking garlic on both sides.
  4. Serve with Salad or vegetables
