Hummus is a great snack, but most supermarket ones are full of preservatives or bad oils.

Making it yourself is really easy. You just need a small Kitchen Wizz and you are ready to go.

Serve with veggie sticks and you can’t go wrong for a fat burning snack.

Ingredients
  • 1 can Chickpeas Organic chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 4 tbsp Tahini unhulled for a lighter flavor
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt Celtic or Himalayan is best
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Water optional - if you need to thin it out
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a mixer or blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Store in an airtight glass container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
