LOVE Goats cheese and this is such a tasty wrap.

NOTE: If you are taking this to work then the best thing to do is take the mixture and
wrap separately and prepare right before you eat. Some wraps tear easily when they get moist.

VEGAN OPTION: Replace Goats Cheese & Yoghurt with Tofu

Ingredients
  • 1 Wrap Mountain Bread / Whole Wheat Tortillas / Gluten Free Wrap
  • 1/2 can Red kidney beans
  • 1 Handful Spinach roughly chopped
  • 1 Spring Onion chopped
  • 20 gms Goats Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
  • 5 Cherry Tomatoes
Instructions
  1. Chop all of the ingredients and add to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Lay out wrap and spoon on the bean mix and spread out evenly.
  3. Carefully roll the wrap making sure to keep it tight and compact.
  4. Cut in half & serve
