So many of the Spice Blends that you get in the supermarket have fillers and additives in them.

Here is my favorite Moroccan Spice mix that you can use on meats as a rub, in Moroccan dishes and to give that beautiful Moroccan flavor to anything! Check out how I used this for these Moroccan Chickpea Crunchies.

Just store it in your pantry as you would any Spice, in a sealed glass bottle. (Keep used Spice Bottles so you can make up your own mixes)

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp Cumin - Ground
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Ginger - Ground
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander - Ground
  • 0.25 tsp Fennel - Ground
  • 0.25 tsp Tumeric - Ground
  • 0.25 tsp Cinnamon - Ground
  • 0.25 tsp Nutmeg - Ground
  • 0.25 tsp Allspice
  • 0.125 tsp Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix Well
  2. Store in airtight glass jar.
