These are my favorite snack on the go… and also at home. They are a good replacement when you need something sweet and chocolate tasting while you are coming off chocolate and sweet snacks.

I have mine with a cup of Green Tea if I need something in the afternoon.

We all love them and they are great snacks for the kids as well.

SCHOOL TIP: The only problem with these is that the kids can’t take any nut products to school so I replace Rolled Oats for the nuts and seeds.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Nuts Almonds, Walnuts - Any you like!
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Goji Berries
  • 4 Prunes remove pips
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp Cacao raw
  • 2 tbsp Water you may need up to 2 more
  • 2 servings Protein Powder
  • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil Softened
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a kitchen mixer and blend until combined. You should be able to squeeze some mixture together and it will stick in a ball. NOTE: You will have to stop the kitchen mixer often and scrape down the sides and bottom.
  2. Once done get 2 teaspoons of mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat.
  3. Put in fridge for 30 minutes to set TIP: Will keep in fridge for up to 4 days
