This is another quick and healthy snack on the Fat Melting Metabolism plan.
I always buy thin blocks so I can break it up into small pieces. I eat the seeds/nuts and dark chocolate in the same mouthful.
While the photo has Almonds, you can use seeds as in the recipe or any kinds of nuts… and you can skip the Goji Berries if you don’t have them or need to reduce the sugar.
NOTE: 90% Dark Chocolate can have as little as 1.2 grams of sugar for 20gms of chocolate!
